Found this lovely place after another pub that had been recommended was full, thank goodness they were as we would of missed out on an amazing meal with friends. The food was amazing, such good quality, amazing portions and so reasonable for the stand of food that was delivered to our table. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We haven’t enjoyed a meal out like that in such a long time. Wish we lived nearer. Thank you to all the staff at the Black Horse Inn.

First time visit to this amazing pub, greeted straight away at the bar , happy staff and very friendly. We was half an hour early and asked if we wanted to go straight through to restaurant. Lovely seat by the window , outside garden was to the front of the pub . Food was amazing , everything was cooked well and with lovely flavours. Not over priced at all . Didn’t feel rushed to leave at all . Staff were very attentive. Would definitely come back .

Outstanding food, service and staff. It was difficult to decide what to choose as so many of the dishes were appealing. Very good portion sizes and quality of food was exceptional. A lovely atmosphere too, very welcoming. Highly recommend.

The old fashioned Skittle Alley is fun for a group party. Food was good and there is plenty of parking.

Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely atmosphere. The only thing that let's it down are the chairs whilst eating. They are too soft so you cannot sit up to the table with s straight back. There are cushions around if you can grab one before they go. The pros out weigh the cons, so will be back soon......

What a gorgeous place 👌 Nicely decorated with big comfy seats and a good amount of space between each table There is a car park on site (first come first served) round the back of the building Staff are nice and efficient, seating us at our table as soon as we came in, with table all set and ready A lot of people do reserve a place there so best to do the same instead of rocking up and hoping for the best The menu has a lot of options, all very good and delicious, got to say the boa bun is definitely a favourite of mine and can’t go wrong with scampi! As you can see from the photos you are given very good sized portions, you definitely won’t leave feeling hungry! A great place to sit back and relax with family and friends, highly recommend, love this place 👌
